AC365 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AC365 in any way — whether through the website at ac365.asia, the AC365 mobile app, or any other channel through which the platform is made available — you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform, regardless of whether you have completed registration.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. AC365 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification.

2 Eligibility

To open and use an AC365 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

AC365 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after verification. Winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one AC365 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms. AC365 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed. Balances associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings or notify support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AC365 login credentials. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility. AC365 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from AC365 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

4 Deposits and Payments

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from AC365 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered on your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawals are processed within minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for larger withdrawal amounts or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. AC365 will notify you if your withdrawal requires additional review.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay — including disconnections, server errors, or display errors — AC365 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Game results on AC365 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). The outcomes of all games are independent of previous results. No strategy, system, or pattern of play can influence the outcome of any game on AC365.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AC365 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any player who discovers a bug is required to report it to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward AC365 staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Termination

AC365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a breach of these Terms has been identified, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where required by law. 12 Limitation of Liability

13 Changes to Terms
